All Soft Walk products come with a 3-year legal warranty in accordance with current regulations in Spain and the European Union.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, as legally applicable.
In addition, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to make a return, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
In the event of a defective product or an incorrect shipment, Soft Walk will cover all costs.
